The terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the bdbjj website, applications, and all related digital services.
• "User" refers to any person who has created an account on the bdbjj platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered personal account through which the platform's services are accessed.
• "Bet" refers to the amount of money placed by the user to participate in any game or event on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbjj platform:

• Any form of fraud, providing false information, or system manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party.

bdbjj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of system abuse or fraud.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Legal obligations under the direction of authorities.

In the event of account closure, the user retains the right to receive any remaining balance from their original deposit, however bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled.

If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a bet or a payment for any reason, the user must notify the bdbjj support team within 24 hours of the incident. bdbjj's decision in resolving disputes will be considered final.

If an incorrect payment is made unintentionally due to a technical error, bdbjj reserves the right to correct that amount. Any winnings obtained due to a software or game error will not be considered valid.
